Wendy, good input. We all have the tapes of these rules playing in our heads. After reading your book and making some notes on how I will be adopting the concept with my folks at the office, I am tuned in to the obvious rules people are allowing themselves to freeze them in their tracks in some cases. In the very least we allow ourselves to idle or change directions that seem more comfortable. I look forward to beginning our efforts. Of course I will say it again, how about that workbook?
