This blog is excellent. It has great tips for reaching your goals and is food for thought. I especially liked the advice from Wendy's grandfather. I will absolutely use that in the future. Arlene Fromer

Wow, Steve, thank you SO much for taking the time to leave this comment for me. I'm truly honored that you found the book helpful and will be sharing it with your team. If you'd like to talk about a discount for multiple copies, please feel free to contact me and I'll make sure that happens for you. And thank you for your suggestion about creating a workbook. I'm actually working on a Leader's Guide already and will let you know when it's done. In the meantime, if you have any questions, just let me know! All my best wishes to you and your family for a year that brings you everything you truly want! Wendy

Happy New Year Wendy, I just finished reading your book I bought as a referral by Dr Lisa Lang on Oct 15th. I began reading the book on Dec 14. Anyone who knows me, knows I like to read and even more, love teaching people about what I have read if it is worth while. I will definitely be using your methods as outlined in the book. And yes, we as a company have fallen victim to your statistics of 2 to 4% application of what is learned. Dr Lisa can attest to that. I've actually been accused of trying to do too many things. My defense is simple. It all works together as long as what I choose to share is aligned with values and principles of our desired culture (which needs help and is moving in the right direction). I'll keep you posted on our progress. Thanks for the book! Well done. I highly recommend it to anyone. If I could encourage you to put together a workbook with the book I think it would help change the sustainabilty %. By the way, this book is not just for young folks trying to find themselves. I'm 57 and have owned and managed my business for 27 years. My oldest daughter gave me a book a couple years ago titled, "Finish Strong". It was an encouragement to me and has changed my life in how I look at what's important. I now laugh at what I used to blow up over. My wife and I are happier than we have ever been. I discussed with her today some of the old "rules" we own (Dave Sandler refers to them as "tapes" that play in our mind). We will be working on this as a team to deliver to the plant and office. Thanks again, Steve Fleissner / Cincinnati, Ohio
