Wendy, I actually practiced a bit of the “Resources” with a co-manager today. I think the results were a more open and practical discussion on moving forward towards our 2011 goals as a department and corporation. We’ll get better with practice. Thanks for your help. I highly recommend your book SYSL. Yep, you know the missing resource is the workbook that needs to accompany the book.
