The Leaves Are Changing – Are You?

I love autumn. It’s just like business and life – it can be sizzling hot one day and the next you’re shivering with chills.

I especially love watching the leaves change. They don’t fold their arms over their chests and say, “No! I won’t change and you can’t make me!” They embrace the natural order of things – They know that the only way to grow bigger and stronger is to change.

The trees in my back yard are changing. They aren’t afraid of the changes. They are flaunting it with brilliant color saying, “HEY! Look at me! I’m changing!”

Imagine if we all embraced change as easily and consistently as the trees year after year? What would our businesses grow to become? How would our lives be different?

I love this time of year. Don’t you?
